To connect companies with the people who will help them change the world
Filtering through hundreds of potential candidates when headhunting online is one of the biggest pain points of the recruitment process. Known as Scout from its 2015 launch until 2018, Fetcher offers recruitment teams an automation platform which leverages human intelligence and machine learning to source and reach out to potential candidates for open roles.
The company's solution is understandably popular, so much so that it’s used by the likes of Foursquare, Shutterstock, and Frame.io. One very impressive aspect of using Fetcher's platform is that it's able to reach a much more diverse range of people, which in turn allows companies to meet their own diversity and inclusion commitments. More diverse recruitment is something that many companies wish for, but often struggle to execute alone.
After its most recent round of funding, led by enterprise software specialist VC Tola Capital, Fetcher now intends to expand internationally while rolling out more features, with a particular focus on international hiring support and diversity analytics.
