The salaries are at a fair market level and are reviewed on an annual basis; there are also other forms of OTE such as individual performance and company performance bonus which are designed to allow people to earn more.

I am trusted to decide and do what's best for my remit 99% of the time. We are expected to make up our own minds about issues that comes up and resolve them however manager is there to support whenever needed any help.

No log in, no time sheets! My manager isn't fussy if I come in to office or WFH. There was a time i worked on some US tasks so I just adjusted my schedule and work late and come in "late" the next day. I am just simply just expected to deliver - wherever and however way it is most effective for me.

We work on a hybrid office policy, where we go for only a couple of days in office. Additionally the leadership and management ensures we are taken care off in terms of equipment and right set of HR programs to best do our work

A workplace where I got the opportunity to really take ownership of the product charter, and have been given freedom to think of initiatives as long as I've been proving impact. Also very good interaction with leadership, open and positive discussions even in case of misunderstanding.

You can truly help people to get jobs and make their life better. There is still a lot to do but the awareness is there and I've seen many positive signals of improvement and actions taken.

Great environment, employees are super open at every level, plus even from the leadership there is an explicit attention and care to wellbeing and discussion.

Being in a workplace, being around people for more than half your day can really determine how 'good' to an extent life can be. I can proudly and boldy beat my chest to say IndeedFlex Management happens to make my life sooo much better, with all the amazing perks, the reachability of the CEO'S the access to help ANYTIME, ANYDAY, the understanding from Managers and just overall SELF(COMPANY) awareness the business carries. I can't imagine better.

Does having a Black CEO matter? YES, having young women from all backgrounds in management and higher matters even more, especially as a young Black British Law graduate who has experienced all sorts of horrid work places. This will forever be my reference from a great multicultural and diverse as well as accepting business.

The company runs so efficiently on its open and honest communication, this stems from having CEO's who have been on the other side, whereby they were job seekers or employees like me, the major difference is their ability to give the free space for everyone and anyone's opinion, advice etc to be welcome. it's authenticity at it's finest. The big things we love to see.

The people at Indeed Flex are what makes the business. You get to work with some incredible people with incredible backgrounds and experiences. And this starts right from the top and trickles down. There is a great feeling of solidarity to Indeed Flex. It's a challenging workplace purely because of the speed of growth but that's also what makes it so exciting. Super place to work!

Our COO understands that we're humans, not a number and that may sound like a cliche but it's actually very rare. There is a sense of perspective that family comes first and so long as you work and deliver, no matter where or how, you don't need to justify that. There are so many other great examples of great leadership we have but there isn't enough room to place them all here.

I myself have had a promotion within six months. And there are many people across the organisation that are nurtured to succeed in progressing their careers as well. The other great thing about Flex is that if there are roles that become available, we always look internally first and support all our hiring managers and leaders to do the same. We nurture our talent and that in turn means we have some truly great people for a long time!
