Role
Who you are
- 2+ years of B2B sales (or similar) experience with a strong demonstrable track record
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, all the way through to close
- Strong and natural communicator at all levels, especially via email and over the phone
- An expert listener and interpreter of client requirements, with the ability to translate these in to winning solutions
- Confident demonstrating software solutions as an answer to client needs
- Proactive, self-starter with a positive attitude and desire to find creative solutions for companies
- Organised and process driven
What the job involves
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads and manage them through a CRM system
- Reach out to customers via a variety of different channels (email, phone, social, face to face etc.)
- Build trust and confidence in you and Feedr by being a credible and consultative expert
- Be an empathetic listener who can discover and interpret a prospect’s needs
- Be a Feedr specialist and evangelist, ensuring you can demonstrate the Feedr platform expertly
- Execute on innovative and data driven engagement campaigns to acquire new leads and nurture top of funnel pipeline
- Use customer insights to tailor content and communications strategy
- Identify relevant networks and events to attend or host
- Support in online and offline marketing activities
- Work cross functionally beyond the boundaries of the sales team, feeding into everything from Product to Marketing

Our take
Acknowledging that the B2B food delivery market has fallen way behind B2C in terms of digitisation, Feedr is targeting an estimated £4.7bn contract catering market. Adopting a B2B2C model, Feedr attracts companies to sign up and subsidises the meals their staff order as an additional perk to boost employee well-being. This also forms part of the company’s talent recruitment and retention strategy.
In addition, Feedr differentiates itself by curating a set of tailored menus based on the user’s order history, aiming to elevate the quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner orders. The restaurants and caterers Feedr works with are low-impact on the planet and quality-assured by the company.
Feedr started off operating in London, and after being acquired by Berlin company EatFirst, is looking to expand the service to new geographical areas. Though it's working against a crowded B2C market, Feedr is the only B2B2C model food provider, a low-admin, hassle-free alternative for busy companies. Its partnership with EatFirst will no doubt elevate its presence as it looks to expand.
