- Strong B2B experience is a must for this position. The market has shifted dramatically, with new technologies, customer behaviors, and expectations emerging. - Experience with more mature, late-stage venture capital or private equity-backed companies. Our ideal candidates will have navigated the complexities and structures that come with established organizations, rather than those from early-stage startups. This experience will help ensure that you’re equipped to contribute to our growth and strategic initiatives effectively
- Proven expertise in crafting targeted demand generation and field marketing strategies that drive measurable results in competitive markets
- Deep proficiency in advanced market research and data analysis techniques, enabling you to extract actionable insights that inform strategic decisions
- A distinguished history of building strategic partnerships with sales leadership, fostering collaborations that significantly enhance business outcomes
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing field marketing initiatives in close alignment with senior executives and key stakeholders
- Versatile in deploying innovative marketing tactics across both digital platforms (like social media) and traditional channels (such as public relations)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and specialized business software (including CRM systems) to streamline operations and enhance team productivity
- A dynamic leader who blends creativity with analytical acumen to drive impactful marketing campaigns
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities that foster collaboration across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a notable advantage
- This position is a work-from-home role. The individual in this role must be able to work from home in an environment free from distractions, where they can attend virtual video meetings

Our take
Companies are facing increasing competition to attract job seekers and therefore need new ways to make interviewing processes more accessible. HireVue does exactly this, working with companies to conduct video interviews - live or recorded - that are scheduled around a candidate’s availability.
In order to do so, the company have deployed the use of artificial intelligence, which assesses and scores a candidate based on skills like problem-solving and communication. This not only doubles the number of interviews and hires that a company can make (in less than half the time) but improves candidate quality. For this reason, companies like Amazon and Unilever deploy its services to scale and accelerate their hiring processes, a great reflection of the quality of HireVue's offering.
The company has met criticism, however, with some claiming its analysis of factors like facial movements, word choice or speaking voice is simply a blend of superficial measurements and arbitrary number-crunching that could be seen as unfair discrimination. Despite this, HireVue does seem to have found an interesting angle into the fruitful hiring industry, and will look to expand its position over the coming years.
