Working with modern and constantly evolving tech stack for DataOps and MLOps that helps us build scalable and efficient solutions to everyday problems.

Usually going to the office twice a week (since there are really nice perks there too :D). I am also able to work from our offices in Athens and Nicosia, even though I am based in London.

What you do matters. Not just to the company but to millions who use the app. You are helping people to save money with your code. Everything you'll be doing is well defined by the team and designed to the smallest detail before starting to code. What you commit makes a change, nothing goes to waste.

Everyone is so helpful and ready to talk with you. If you do not understand something, or do not know how to proceed, just ask. We pair a lot and solve the problems together. Knowledge is always shared.

Just make sure you catch up with the meetings, and that deliverables are completed on time. Do what you can in your own time. As long as the responsibilities are completed, no one asks you why you are offline.

In engineering a ton of great talent has been hired & progressed. A key factor here is that the management is supportive and has fostered a no-blame culture! Management is happy to give more ownership and responsibility to every engineer & help them succeed!

I see people challenging each other thoughtfully and politely. It looks like everyone is heard and valued. We also have AMA sessions where literally you can ask the company anything!

In engineering, the projects are really hard and deal with subjects that are difficult. For example trading, or analysing big chunks of data. Plum is also open to trying out technologies when it makes sense! At Plum you have the opportunity to tackle challenging problems while people have your back.

There is a clear vision for the future of Plum which is regularly discussed and communicated. I recently joined Plum and the new products that we have and will be offering to our users will help us grow but more importantly help our users grow.

I have been really impressed with the autonomy that my new manager has given me and I really enjoy working from home but also look forward to going into the office 2/3 times a week as the people and office is great location and environment to work in

We are at critical phases at the moment to increase our Fund Product options to existing users and hopefully welcoming some new users. The work involved in all areas of the business is very challenging as the Financial industry is heavily regulated and constantly changing. For me this is a great opportunity to grow and contribute within Plum.

Really challenging projects and opportunities to grow as a professional and an engineer with a good level of autonomy. Great mission and product which make the people focus more on the outcomes and results of their work. People are great and it's fun to work beside them.

Everyone is focusing on the outcome and not the time you put in to bring it on. No restrictions on working hours other than to attend the meetings of the team and have overlap with the people you're working with. Policy that you can work from another country from 45 days per year makes it really good for people that want to grasp the opportunity of remote working and travel more without taking their time off.

The mission is great as it focuses on helping people with less have more. Focusing the last couple of years both on setting money aside so you can do more, but also on growing the money you have with products like mutual funds, stocks, interest, and SIPP. Soon our mission will be wider by controlling also your spending through plum!

Always on the lookout for opportunities to leverage latest tech and tools, which as a result keeps me engaged and not settled to stuff I already know.

I think Plum is going to the big leagues pretty fast. Product is fresh and competitive, staying in touch with how the market grows/changes, and always aiming higher. The team has pretty much doubled too the last 12-18 months.

Has been great working with people from different backgrounds. The whole team gives an awesome vibe and promotes view and opinion sharing. Never met anyone that made working with him/her stressful.

Plum is growing really fast. We are expanding in many European countries as well as in the range of products we offer, from a savings app to a full money management app with investments, stocks trading, a card and more exciting features to come.

There is almost complete autonomy and freedom regarding remote work, but also a lovely office. Though there are rough guidelines, everyone picks hours and location that work best for them.

In Plum we work in a really hybrid model. We go to the office without having to declare it from the day before. Also there is flexibility if someone wants to start working earlier, or there is a need to leave work earlier we are open to discuss it with the team and adjust.

When I joined Plum I was offered a salary close enough to the one I asked on the interviews and I was told that after the 6-month evaluation we will revisit. I got a raise after the evaluation and I felt that my work and efforts are really appreciated.

Lot's of people are being promoted due to their great development and work. We also give openly great feedback to the teams and persons for their accomplishments.
