Our take

An aging population in the US means that Alzheimer's is on the rise. This is an extremely costly illness, due in large part to direct care requirements. However, Azheimer's can be present up to 20 years before symptoms arise, and if caught early can be treated far more effectively.

Linus Health's digital screening platform offers doctors a quick, user-friendly test for cognitive health. Its AI-powered assessments analyze performance on the company’s scientifically validated test and draws out insights based on performance that would be difficult to detect with the human eye.

The platform also automates numerous workflows around neurological diagnostics, cutting hours per week of manual administration. Its rapid growth and impressive fundraising makes sense as Alzheimer's becomes a bigger and bigger issue. And the company continues to make strong partnerships as it positions itself as a key player in this fight.
