Sensat is on a mission to help end devastating environmental practices.
Sensat creates digital twins, or digital representations of real world locations, to help users better understand the physical world. Choosing to target the historically non-innovative construction industry, the company has also received interest from other organisations, and it's likely that there are many possible applications yet to be considered.
Sensat's success so far has been clear. Its tech has been a central part of over £10.5 billion worth of major infrastructure builds, and it was the first company in the UK licensed to fly autonomous drones Beyond Visual Line of Sight over major motorways. In general, the company is considered ahead of the curve in construction-focused digital twin technology, and it will be interesting to see how it develops into the future.
