Our take
HealthHero is a UK-based provider of virtual healthcare services. The company provides users with remote access to vetted healthcare professionals from various areas of expertise, from GPs to mental health professionals and musculoskeletal practitioners.
It employs a B2B2C model in which the company works with businesses and insurers and the end beneficiaries of its service are patients, insurance policyholders, and employees. HealthHero is currently providing over 3M consultations per year, which is much more than any of its European competitors.
The company has been prioritising its international expansion, and now serves across 4 countries (UK, Ireland, Germany and France). To do this, is acquired several companies over the past few years. With this rapid expansion, the company is sure to continue on its upward trajectory of success for years to come.
