Happiest Baby, which was co-founded by celebrated pediatrician and author Dr. Harvey Karp, is a baby sleep specialist that's been on a dramatic upward trajectory since releasing the SNOO, a “smart sleeper” bassinet in 2016.
While the company sells a range of sleep-focused products for infants, its flagship offering has attracted huge plaudits (and millions of dollars), for how it automatically soothes irritated babies, helping them to sleep better for longer while also preventing risky rolling, a top cause of over 3,000 infant sleep deaths per year. The SNOO might be costly investment, but it's helped over 10,000 families (including Jay-Z and Beyoncé), so it's fair to say it's working.
