Gig workers and freelancers in the US are making up an ever larger part of the job economy and contractors are going to be about 40% of the US workers, this includes contractors, consultants, independent contractors, and gig workers. However, engagement employers have with contractors is often still limited.
Sense provides SaaS that automates the maintenance of relationships between a company and a freelancer. The automated service provides a unique opportunity for agencies to solicit feedback, provide new opportunities, motivation, and support workers despite them not working within the main framework of the company’s employment.
Sense's perspective is a unique one, it recognizes the importance of freelance workers in the workspace, and realizes that efficient management of this workforce requires the same engagement as standard employers. By automating personalized communication services through Whatsapp and SMS, Sense allows companies to achieve this without the additional workload.
