Our take
Over the past decade, landlords have faced increasing criticism over a lack of communication and breakdown of trust from their clients, whilst fewer residents have a relationship with their local communities. Project Ark has developed a CRM app that focuses on communication between communities, property owners and managers.
Ark for residents offers a space to connect with neighbours, encouraging community-building habits and providing information and support for local areas. Ark for businesses provides seamless communication with concierge teams and repair businesses, as well as survey tools to enhance the residential experience. Payment, event space booking and legal document sharing tools are integrated too, providing an all-in-one application for the renting and property management sector.
Since its founding, Ark has grown steadily to 8000 unique app users a day, as well as £3 million in service charge arrears collected through its payment software. With its steady growth and resident engagement ethos, it’ll be interesting to see how Ark grows its customer base.
