Skit’s AI-based voice automation platform VIVA enables corporations to automate 90% of their call center operations powered by Natural Language Understanding (NLU) technology.
The company’s strengths are in language and hyper-personalization. As a result, the technology company’s expansion plans are focused on adoption in Southeast Asia markets, though it has also partnered with notable federal and private companies in the US over 2023.
The startup must continue to refine its technology in order to build a moat around its business. They are now one of only a few call center service providers with AI trained on 10 million hours of data.
