Role
Who you are
- Proven Marketing Expertise: 5+ years of digital marketing experience across different channels with a strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing and funnels.
- Industry Expertise: You have a strong understanding of our target audience (VC-backed tech startup CEOs) and the coaching/thought leadership space.
- Strategic & entrepreneurial thinker & doer: You are comfortable driving our marketing strategy while being very being hands-on in executing it.
- AI-First Mindset: Whatever you do, you aim to leverage AI to achieve your goals.
- Data-driven: You have strong analytical skills, make data-driven decisions and are comfortable running experiments.
- Strong Writer and Communicator: You have great writing & editing skills.
- Eye for Design: You have basic design skills and a good eye for design.
- You're comfortable working in an agile, fast-paced environment. You understand that this isn't a typical 9-5 role and are excited about the opportunities that come with that.

What the job involves
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute our digital marketing strategy and channel mix.
- Funnels: Design, build and manage funnels with traffic sources, landing pages, lead magnets and email sequences.
- Content Marketing: Publishing newsletters and social posts using our extensive library of written and video content created by Dave, our CEO.
- Growth Hacking: Test and execute strategies and techniques to grow our followings on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- SEO: Ensure our online content library is optimised for SEO and driving leads.
- Paid Ads: Running paid campaigns to test and scale channels.
- Event Marketing: Promote our events both publicly and within our community of CEOs.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track metrics, analyse performance, share insights and make data-driven improvements.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing and leverage AI to streamline execution
Application process
- Introduction Video Screening (20 mins).
- A work assignment for you to show off your skills (1 hour).
- A competency interview—the usual (1 hour).
- A final interview with the team to ensure we're a great fit for you (1 hour).
