Our take
As many a success story has shown, the advice of a good mentor can make a real impact. Intro provides access to mentors at the top of their fields, via video calls, broadening access to expert advice for those who value it.
Intro’s CEO attributes much of his success to mentorship, and the service provided by the company reflects the value he sees in access to mentors, by linking people who would almost definitely not meet under usual circumstances. The company has high confidence in the premise by offering money back if the client does not find value in their first session.
Intro has raised significant funds and is supported by many high-profile and celebrity investors. Although it is not alone in its premise of delivering access to famous experts, the company’s focus on delivering tangible and actionable feedback for users sets it apart in the field and should allow it to carve a space for itself in this up-and-coming market.
