We have a great Parental leave policy and actively encourage male employees to take shared parental leave, giving them the same benefits package as those taking maternity leave. This policy allowed both me and my partner to spend time with our son when he was first born.

Where to start! We have something at Octopus called 'Anchor' which is a group of businesses we have partnered with to support Octopus people with their mental and physical well being. Things such as free career coaching, confidential therapy sessions, above average maternity/paternity leave, an App to support anxiety, despression and stress relief and lots more. Outside of that, we have great financial benefits including a share incentive plan, pension contribution, salary and bonus reviews...that's only the tip of the iceberg.
