Our take
Inspired by its co-founder’s healthcare experiences, Juniper Reproductive Health is an InsurTech addressing a huge gap in the health insurance market - reproductive and genital health. With one in three women suffering from reproductive and gynaecological issues and a quarter of men suffering from low testosterone, its comprehensive insurance plans empower company employees to access gynaecological, hormonal and reproductive care.
Corporate health insurance rarely covers reproductive and genital issues, so there’s a huge gap in the market for Juniper across many industries. Its end-to-end reproductive healthcare plans are integrated into benefits packages and offer testing and routine check-ups, education, community support, medical reimbursement and care navigation for a wide range of reproductive and genitalia related issues, including fertility and menopause.
When focused on medium to large companies, Juniper Reproductive Health has a potential $30 billion market in Europe alone. It received £1.5 million in seed funding in 2024, which is a great start for a company that has the potential to take the InsurTech world by storm.
