Role
Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of closing experience as an Account Executive in the proptech/fintech/saas space with a track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas
- These individuals are high-energy, goal-driven sales professionals who thrive on making impactful decisions and driving results.
- Proactive and Positive Attitude: Demonstrates a proactive approach to client needs and challenges, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset in all interactions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS closing role, with a proven track record of success
- Experience selling to real estate brokerages is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing sales teams
- Ability to analyze data and use insights to make strategic decisions

What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join the Courted team
- You will be selling into Residential Real Estate Brokerages, targeting Managing Brokers, Owners, and Growth Leaders
- This position will execute and own the full sales cycle
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share
- Create and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at real estate brokerages
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
- Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets ($1M+)
