AI is changing the game of eCommerce advertising and analytics, allowing companies the opportunity to access and accurately act upon increasingly fine-grained data to target and convert online shoppers. It’s made advertising an increasingly software-heavy field, one in which Perpetua has steadily developed a confident presence.
Perpetua’s AI platform allows its users to optimize marketplace advertising through smart recommendations and conversion-based bidding algorithms, and monitor its performance across multiple channels. Whereas AI eCommerce tools like Blueshift and Bloomreach focus on offering personalized recommendations, smart targeting, and automated segmentation, Perpetua allows customers to focus on broader goals: moving up specific keyword search rankings, for example, or brand defense.
As AI begins to see broader integration into advertising software, it’s becoming an increasingly cluttered competitive field. Perpetua, however, has managed to land some solid enterprise brands like Crocs, Kleenex, and Huggies as customers - and expand into major ecommerce markets like Japan. This will help Perpetua hold its ground.
