Who you are

  • Ideally a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Hands-on, 3 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Passion to identify and attract talent via creative channels and active sourcing
  • Proactive, positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, and experience managing senior stakeholders
  • Fluency in English
  • German is huge plus

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team!
  • In this role, you will report to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead and work closely with the People Operations and People Business Partner teams
  • As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will take ownership of scaling our organisation and play a part in shaping our Talent Acquisition best practices
  • You willl have the opportunity to be involved in Employer Branding related projects and bring the team to the next level – you’ll see the impact of your work from day one
  • Be responsible for managing exceptional end-to-end recruitment processes with the candidate experience at its heart, and continuously optimize this flow to ensure that we always attract the right talent. (We have an all rounder recruiter approach, so you could be looking for the next-gen AMBOSSians for medical, tech and product, commercial, and general and administrative teams.)
  • Take our sourcing game to it’s next level. We are a niche company with niche hiring needs, so you would need to get creative reaching talent
  • Lead exceptional communication flows and build strong working relationships with our stakeholders and become their sparring partner in all aspects related to recruiting. You will challenge decisions and advise, as well as you learn from them and develop
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the team’s and our company’s overall success

Our take

Becoming a doctor is undoubtedly challenging, but it is disheartening when the already demanding journey is further complicated by the intricate web of the medical education system. The current system often imposes restrictions on collaboration, fails to provide integrated resources, and sometimes lacks supportive examination boards.

AMBOSS was founded by doctors initially to help medical students overcome this mess but has now extended to become a knowledge platform for all types of medical professionals.

Today the company‘s products are used by more than a million healthcare professionals in over 180 countries. The strategy to extend their reach even further involves partnerships with major hospital groups like Helios.

The regularly upgraded knowledge base that the company has developed is an incredible growing asset. AMBOSS, however, will not rest on this and will continue to develop its smart learning technology to engage doctors even more deeply with their work.
