Who you are

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of content marketing tactics, including SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing
Experience with Marketo and Salesforce is a plus
Basic skills in graphic design using Adobe Suite or Canva
Previous experience in a software or SaaS company is an advantage
Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and remotely

What the job involves

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to join our Marketing team at Univers. This position can be taken over either in France (Paris, Nantes) or in UK preferably London
Participate in the design and execution of multitouch campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth
Develop and optimize marketing programs that support both short-term pipeline goals and long-term brand positioning
Create engaging, brand-aligned content including newsletters, press releases, social media copies, videos, infographics, and thought leadership pieces
Marketing operations - Assist in maintaining marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce
Lead event organization to ensure best-in-class execution including promotional campaigns
Maintain CRM – leads, contacts, accounts, campaigns objects
Prepare Marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
Maintain and manage content library – ensure adherence of corporate decks, updates, brand visuals, font style, and guide
Lead internal finance and procurement process; supporting marketing forecasts and tracking spend
Coordinate with GTMs and Product Managers to collect requirements and plan content for website, social media, and email campaigns
Engage with vendors & suppliers for design work, tradeshows, PRs
