I’m always blown away by how dedicated, creative, and resourceful everyone is. When things get tough, the team jumps in without hesitation, rolling up their sleeves and tackling problems head-on. Whether bouncing around ideas or finding clever workarounds, they always find a way to make things happen and get the job done.

FIXR is growing fast—recently opening new offices in Cape Town and Dubai—so there’s always something exciting on the horizon. It’s a fast-paced place where new team members make an impact right from the start. Being part of a team working toward the same goals in such a dynamic environment is really inspiring. Plus, the people are genuinely supportive and fun, which makes the ride even better!

I asked if FIXR would help pay for a Google Cloud Platform course as I wanted to upskill my devops skills and FIXR uses GCP. They were more than willing to help and paid for a full year subscription.

Once we are given tasks to work on we are given autonomy to work on them and come up with our own solutions. I like this approach because it reinforces and builds confidence in ourselves and frees up space to talk about different approaches.

At FIXR if we think there is an opportunity for improvement we are free to voice our opinions and open up a discussion. People are genuinely interested in your opinions and will take the time to listen and think through your thoughts.

We regularly get together as a whole to recognise team and individual achievements. We also host Lunch + Learn events to deep dive into successful projects and learn from our colleagues.

FIXR is going places! The business is growing fast. We've recently opened new offices in Cape Town and Dubai and plan to continue global expansion in the coming months and years.
