What the job involves
- Reporting to: Vice President, Client Services
- We're looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to join our Client Services team. I
- In this role, you will play a pivotal part in nurturing and enhancing relationships with our enterprise clients
- You'll be at the forefront of client interactions, ensuring a world class client experience and driving client success
- Act as the primary steward of key client relationships
- Foster strong and productive connections with key stakeholders, both within the client organization and with other vendors in the client’s benefits ecosystem
- Assess client needs and goals consistently to ensure a mutually agreed upon definition of client success
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client expectations and contractual commitments
- Look for opportunities to grow Well’s value and footprint within existing clients
- Partner with Sales/Growth on seamless transitions for clients from that team
- Partner with Implementation Manager to oversee successful client implementations and a smooth transition to Client Success
- Collaborate with and manage the efforts of an internal cross functional team of subject matter experts in activation, engagement, tech, clinical, and product as we deliver against jointly defined client success goals
- Deliver regular client reports on activation, engagement, utilization, health outcomes, and ROI
- Collaborate with the client and internal marketing team to develop and execute a robust activation and engagement strategy
- Achieve tangible business results to ensure client satisfaction and renewal
Our take
Mobile health tracking apps have become popular over the last decade, but existing platforms often provide uniform services as opposed to personalizing each user's experience. In addition to this, incentives to regularly use an app are generally focused around mobile notifications and manual tracking systems, features that requires manual data entry and are easy to ignore.
Well provides a digital health platform that leverages member health data to provide the users a personalized and all-in-one platform for improving their health. As opposed to relying on notifications and uniform systems, member data is used to deliver daily health recommendations from AI clinicians, loyalty rewards, and direct support tools.
With many apps on the market for different health points, the digital health tracking landscape is very saturated, yet Well is taking a unified approach to providing personalized and authentic experiences for users. The platform aims to provide guidance that is actionable and engaging, as opposed to just another mobile app that is used on an occasional health kick.
