Who you are

Proven Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS startup/scaleup with a track record of building processes that scale
HubSpot mastery and deep familiarity with standard SaaS tools (Aircall, Airtable, Apollo, Metabase and more)
Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting
Talent for turning complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights that drive business-wide decisions (SQL knowledge a bonus)
Experience leading cross-functional projects and communicating effectively at all levels
Proactive problem-solver who can bring order to complexity (in a good way)
Organised but flexible, thriving with autonomy. This is your function to own and scale

What the job involves

We're looking for a Revenue Operations powerhouse who'll build, own, and evolve our systems and processes to scale our already successful revenue engine to the next level
You'll be supporting our SDRs, AEs, Client Success, Partnerships and Marketing teams by reimagining processes, optimising our tech stack, and using data to prove it's all working

Own our revenue operations strategy across Sales, CS, Partnerships, and Marketing teams - getting everyone moving in sync towards predictable growth
Be our tech stack mastermind - keeping HubSpot and the whole toolbox (Apollo, Airtable, FireFlies, Aircall, Front - the whole gang) working in harmony
Drive data-informed decisions through robust reporting, clean data flows, and insights, working alongside our analytics engineer and data warehouse to unlock business-wide insights
Leverage our custom-built AI agent (tracking 400+ data points across 20,000 retailers) to spot opportunities and shape strategy with data other companies can only dream of
Optimise our revenue engine by tracking and improving key metrics (onboarding speed, close rates, ACV) as we scale
Build and champion scalable processes, using best-practice methodologies and ensure efficient onboarding
Lead cross-functional projects and create playbooks that teams will genuinely want to use
Identify and eliminate friction points in our customer journey to boost conversion and profitability

Our take

gocertify can verify NHS staff, teachers, students, over-60s, and under 26s - to name but a few. Alongside this, they create offer pages that sit directly on a retailer's website. This allows clients to drive increased sales via word-of-mouth advertising, build loyalty through personalised offers to key customers and fight fraud through gocertify's comprehensive verification process.

Since founding in 2020, gocertify is now trusted by FARFETCH, Currys, Samsung, HelloFresh and the H&M group, and more international brands. It has driven more than £5 million in monthly sales, whilst saving students and key workers massive amounts of money during the pandemic.

Looking forward, gocertify aims to continue growing its client base, expanding not only in the UK but to the US as well.
