Sharon Lynch
(CEO)Prior to joining Modus Create in 2025, Sharon spent nearly 12 years at Slalom as a GM of Slalom Build North America. She was also a Manager at Accenture for nearly 8 years.
Benjamin Robin
(COO & CFO)Prior to joining Modus Create in 2022, Benjamin spent 7 years at Tweag as CFO and GM. He also served as the Head of Finance, Tax & Administration at EDP Renewables France & Belgium, and as a Finance & Accounting Manager at Salt Mobile.
Kevin McClelland
(CGO)Alongside Modus Create, Kevin is a Visiting Lecturer of Marketing/Management at the University of Washington. Previously, he spent nearly 12 years at Slalom, holding various roles, including Executive Lead of Slalom AI.
Jon Allegre
(CCO)Prior to joining Modus Create in 20245, Jon spent nearly 15 years at Slalom. He joined Slalom in 2010 as a Practice Area Director before moving into the Role of Managing Director in 2019, a role he held until leaving the company in 2025.
