When I joined Landtech, I still had a few skills that needed to be developed and with the help of managers, I was able to identify learning paths and essentially become more confident in my abilities. Learning never stops due to a wide range of requirements needed to perform the position successfully!

The product itself is a market leader and has changed the way our clients work in their field. The platform has the ability to help clients quickly solve problems and identity new ways to increase their productivity. With the majority of our clients working in the property industry, having an innovative product is a game changer to finding and appraisal land.

One of the best things about Landtech is that, even though the work is challenging at times, great work is recognised. From conversations with your team, manager or even shoutouts on our group channels, people do take the time to single out great performers! We even have awards handed out in recognition of those performing well.
