The solution aims to combine financial and behavioral data with interaction histories, assisting financial organizations to create engaging and personalized customer experiences.
Its solution has been particularly successful in the African continent, where it helped to connect unbanked individuals with providers. Three of the top five financial institutions within the African market - Absa, Nedbank, and Standard Bank - use Kasisto, making it the top solution in Africa.
Other customers of Kasisto include the likes of J.P. Morgan, Westpac, and Standard Chartered. The company is tightly integrated into the fintech ecosystem through partnerships with proven technology providers such as FIS, though it does also face a number of competitors such as Finn AI, Alpharank, and Personetics.
So far, Kasisto has impressed investors and has attracted substantial funding, the latest of which is cited to support product development efforts and strategic go-to-market initiatives.
