My Manager is probably one of the best I've ever had the privilege to work for, they were incredibly supportive when I have needed to take time off this year for personal reasons where there was no issue with my workload being covered by colleagues and I wasn't made to feel like I needed to make the time up or indeed rush back to work; its moments like this where you know you truly have a supportive management team.

The people who work at Form3 are a big plus for me as the collective knowledge around payments and technology is so impressive and makes you want to continuously learn more. The immediate team I work in make turning up for work enjoyable as we are very supportive of one another helping each other out with queries we may not know how to answer or indeed just covering each other's workload when needed. As a team we all strive to make sure the morale of the team is high where our sense of humour is certainly our strength!

At Form3 I get to work with highly intelligent, hard working and driven people, yet the human touch and social side of the job is equally as brilliant - even completely remotely (I joined remotely too). People always offer help, you never feel stupid asking a question in a meeting, socially there are weekly Slack quiz's that bring some fun to the week, and there is a huge focus on mental wellbeing but it isn't just lip service, they really do want a healthy happy workforce.

I find the leadership team hugely inspiring. Not only have they all had brilliant careers before Form3, but they are keen to work on their leadership as well as just their technical jobs, each of them focuses on being a manager, looking at setting real goals that the whole company can follow, and aren't afraid to change their minds if they think they could do something better.

Having worked in banking for many years I truly do believe that money makes the world go round, and Form3 are levelling the playing field by making payments platforms more accessible, and moving payments out of the dark ages and into the cloud. It's really exciting to work with people who are really trying to do something different that will hugely benefit the financial service sector!
