Moreover, its solution has been created to adapt to the unique business needs of companies operating in various sectors, for example, its service meets industry-specific challenges in telecommunications, technology, retail, manufacturing, and energy.
The company went public in 2017 on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and, since then, its focus has been on international expansion. As part of this initiative, the company has acquired 6 companies, including AR experts, Viditnoti, and AI-powered coaching platform, VoiceVibes, to provide clients with the most comprehensive sales enablement solution available in the industry.

I work from home and manage my own time. I thrive on the autonomy and find it very productive. I enjoy being able to meet with colleagues on zoom when needed, but also get time to focus independently too. I sometimes need to collaborate with colleagues in Australia so might have some night meetings, but also flexible enough to take a break during the day as I like to spend time with my daughter when she gets home from school.

Since I joined we have become 'Disability Aware' employers and it's not tokenistic, we changed the interview process to be ability driven and took requirements out that didn't reflect the actual need to the job, we changed the language and tone of our recruitment to value neurodiverse candidates and have since gone on to hire people who more accurately reflect the society we live in. We are looking for ways to be better.

Bigtincan is growing fast, very fast. Opportunities open up quickly for those demonstrating competencies. Opportunities for progress can be across region, within the same function or into a new area for which one can demonstrate a know how. I have recently facilitated the move of one of my direct reports to a role in line with his career aspirations within the space of 5 months. Whilst atypical, what matters is to grow individuals in their chosen path where everyone can benefit from the move.

Work life balance at Bigtincan is amazing. Sure there are moments of intense work but always in a way that leaves employees manage their personal life. If you have a family or hobby/activity, then Bigtincan makes it easy to combine both your workload with your personal constraints. Micromanagement is not part of our culture so we like to trust individuals in the execution of their job. Working is very flexible as well. Some people like to work from home others prefer a bit of social life in the office. This is really up to the individual and we respect everybody s choice without imposing anything. As long as work gets done, that is what matters.

I think the Leadership at Bigtincan is very strong. We have aggressively carved ourselves a sweet spot in our market, winning world reknown logos because Management has instilled in the employees a can do / will win attitude. Leadership is also very visionary and we are redefining the space of business engagement.
