Though often overlooked as a necessity and functional aspect of doing business, Payabli is a software company that actually elevates what payments are capable of bringing to a company. Payabli’s platform aims to make payments not just a function that employees don’t think twice about, but something that can enhance their customers' experiences.
With an increasing number of companies migrating from legacy payment software to vertical SaaS (operationally specific) providers, Payabli is carving out a niche in the competitive space through simultaneous payout automation, stack optimisation, and customer payment services all on one platform.
Payabli’s focus on high-growth SaaS companies as its customers could be a slight gamble, given the turbulence in the sector, possibly leading to problems with customer retention. Payabli has not had any trouble so far, though, having tripled its growth in 2022 and benefitting from two rounds of funding within one year. It received further funding in 2025 and plans to use it to develop its products, particularly AI-driven personalisation experiences for customers.
