In the landscape of business operations, the creation and communication of intricate diagrams pose a significant challenge. Traditional tools often fall short in terms of speed and aesthetics, making it time-consuming to produce visually impactful representations of deals, business flows, corporate structures, and more. Businesses face the need for a solution that not only accelerates the diagramming process but also enhances the visual appeal and clarity of these representations to align with modern standards of communication.
Enter Jigsaw, a solution addressing the shortcomings of traditional diagramming tools. Jigsaw is revamping the creation, manipulation, and presentation of business diagrams, offering an experience characterised by speed, aesthetics, and data accessibility. With the ability to build diagrams up to 40 times faster than conventional products, Jigsaw enables users to design complex graphics, turning them into live presentations or collaboration tools.
Moreover, Jigsaw serves as a centralised hub for all diagram-related information, allowing users to easily track, search, and modify data points associated with their diagrams, providing a solution to the challenges posed by traditional diagramming tools.

There are so many opportunities to take responsibility, make an impact and learn at Jigsaw. Just one of many examples, but I was not a confident presenter or public speaker when I joined. The CEO personally worked with me to give me feedback, improve my confidence and trusted me to put me in situations that I wasn't always comfortable with. 12 months on and I'm regularly presenting to massive potential clients, something I never thought I'd be good at.

Jigsaw has a flat hierarchy - management not only takes opinions into consideration and values them, but actively empowers teams to make important decisions. People can say what they think, even if it means disagreeing with what someone more senior thinks. This leads to great outcomes as I'm much more motivated when I have a say in what we do.

Jigsaw will give you as much as you put in. Junior people who joined as grads are now integral to setting and executing strategy as we grow. Trust must be earned, but leadership will give you full ownership of tasks or business functions if you are willing to do the work.

The people are phenomenal; the culture is built on being no blame and no politics, which means you can fail (in public!!) and not be scared. The Co-CEOs are incredibly transparent about this journey and genuinely care about the people who work here and the company they are building. Coming from companies where "cards are held close," Jigsaw is a radically different culture.

The company is launching like a rocket, and the work is tough, fun, challenging, rewarding, and - to me - personally meaningful. You will genuinely care about your job, and because of that, you will work hard, for some people harder than you've ever worked.
