Our take
Having realised a growing demand for digital transformation, AND Digital set out to bridge the gap for companies between the need to improve their digital capability and their ability to attract and retain tech talent. Using a 'club' based model, the company operates with autonomous units, allowing them to serve the needs of their clients in an agile way whilst also being able to access the wider resources available to a company of its size.
AND Digital works on a disruptive model that upturns existing company processes to truly offer a comprehensive digital transformation solution, with services in consulting, app development, UX and design, and more.
With funding secured from the Business Growth Fund, the next few years are set out to be an interesting time for AND Digital. The company has been well poised to deal with the increased demand for digital capabilities brought on by the pandemic, but the real test will be whether it can sustain this moving forward through its unique approach to building, training and coaching.
