Our take

The workplace is undergoing a revolution, both in culture and technology, but where some aspects race ahead, the way employee compensation is managed has remained much the same – with non-flexible, one-size-fits-all packages the norm. Coverflex supplies a compensation management solution for employers to reduce costs, whilst supercharging benefits for their teams.

Coverflex, founded in 2019, allows companies to manage all parts of their packages beyond salary – including discounts, insurance, & meal allowance – by consolidating everything within one platform. This enables money and time to be saved, at the same time as offering visibility to staff, who have access to a VISA card and mobile application.

Thousands of companies, including notable names like PwC, already make use of Coverflex’s solution. The company has raised substantial funding to finance international rollout, and hire additional talent into teams across the business.
