Our take
Magic matches companies with qualified remote assistants equipped with the skills applicable to help scale their business. With only 23% of applications making it through the robust process to become Magic Assistants, the company has positioned itself as a trusted and reliable service.
The founding team of Magic is made up of a plethora of entrepreneurs who know firsthand the issues faced when building and growing a business. With this knowledge, they’ve built a collective of virtual assistants who are drawn from and cater to the specific needs of the company so they can save time and energy and focus on pursuing their mission.
Since its conception in 2015, the Magic model has continued to evolve its product and expand its reach, such as launching Magic Dedicated Assistants, offered at a cheaper rate, for smaller businesses to hire.
