Our take

Infrastructural companies must be particularly vigilant in identifying and preventing incidents, due to the damage they could cause and the loss of access to services that customers may experience. However, the lack of visibility of a wide range of issues such as worker safety and infrastructural damage makes this difficult, and this regularly results in expensive incidents.

Urbint provides an AI-driven platform for incident detection and prevention within infrastructural industries such as energy, telecommunication, and networking companies. The company leverages AI and the analysis of real-world data to assess the risk of incidents on infrastructural projects, ensuring that clients have the appropriate software and insights to predict and prevent incidents days in advance.

Whilst incident prediction and prevention of digital infrastructure is commonplace, Urbint has recognized the lack of such a solution for physical infrastructures such as gas, electric, and communication industries. Through its platform, the company claims that it can reduce the likelihood and thus time, health risk, and financial cost of infrastructural incidents, whilst improving efficiency within incident ticket management systems.
