Born in 2005 out of a desire to use technology to give customers a better deal, Equals' mission is to make money simple for everyone. Founded under the name "FairFX", Equals has been helping customers move and manage their money for years. The company consists of three brands, all working together to provide financial solutions for personal and business customers alike.

Having started as a foreign exchange platform, Equals is evolving into a broader money management platform, moving from originally international payments and travel money towards integrated money management solutions for consumers and businesses. The company covers a number of elements: travel, business expenses, personal finance, and payroll.

Equals has built great customer loyalty which has strengthened its position in launching new products, helping it to become a dominant force in the payments market. With a focus on truly understanding the customer's needs, frustrations and ambitions, and the company should see future success, particularly as it looks to expanding its financial services options for customers.

Leadership

Before launching Equals, Ian was one of the founders of FairFX and was appointed a Director in 2007, Ian has also held a number of senior banking roles at Morgan Stanley and UBS.
