Our take

Reward and customer loyalty programs are a brilliant way to incentivise repeat customers for hospitality venues, with the majority of diners likely to spend more at a restaurant if it offers some sort of reward scheme. Blackbird is an app designed to foster the relationship between businesses and their customers with access to rewards and perks.

Alongside rewards, Blackbird's Web 3.0 platform supports membership options for consumers, and analytics for restaurants to know their best customers and understand their preferences such as where they like to sit. It has also partnered with Privy to embed a wallet within the app, whilst 2023 funding is helping the company build out new projects including a referral program and a payments and rewards platform.
