Our take
While document automation isn’t a new concept, early solutions in the market still required an element of human review as they only provided partial automation. Klarity developed a fully automated AI software, replacing the need for human review for over 85% of document types.
The company has seen substantial growth as it continues to scale its product to meet the needs of enterprise and midmarket customers. Its software has reviewed many thousands of contracts for some of the world’s most innovative high-growth companies including Open AI, Optimizely and Zoom.
Well funded, Klarity’s latest raise is cited to help it build out its team across major functions such as engineering, product and go-to-market. The company has long-term ambitions to grow its customer base and accelerate the development of more tools to enhance its growing suite.
