Our take
Mynd is a property management company that aims to exceed the service delivery of traditional businesses in the $20 billion, non-institutional rental sector. The company makes it possible to complete leases in an extremely short timeframe, while also offering both tenants and landlords a variety of useful tools.
Mynd offers 3D tours to tenants, while automatically syndicating properties to every major listing site. The dedicated leasing team at Mynd also connects people with properties rapidly, ensuring that renting homes is more convenient.
For Landlords, Mynd offers a range of financial tools, which enable them to view their current financial position via transparent charts and reports. Mynd has put together a database of vendors and tradespeople, which provides services to landlords and tenants alike. This has attracted major investment between 2016 and 2023, the most recent of which is being used to expand its operations and carry on updating its platform.
