Our take
Berlin-founded, New York-based Leapsome is a ‘people enablement’ platform that works to improve employee performance and satisfaction through various methods from feedback and OKRs to employee engagement and corporate learning options.
Recognising the amount of time a person will spend in a work environment, the company aims to help employees grow and develop in this time, whilst boosting a company’s efficiency and productivity. Over a relatively short time, it has amounted trust and respect within the industry.
The company has now accrued over one thousand customers across Europe, U.S, Asia and Australia, including impressive clients such as Spotify and Merecedes-Benz. Leapsome has also raised considerable funding towards accelerating its US market presence whilst continuing to develop new products and features.
