Our take

Remote working has increasingly become a regular practice for many businesses worldwide. However, despite its many benefits, some employers remain hesitant to hire individuals from different countries due to the challenges and costs associated with the process.

Remofirst was founded with the goal of simplifying this option for businesses by providing a cost-effective SaaS platform that is quicker and more comprehensive than what currently exists. More specifically, Remofirst helps companies build remote teams globally, by allowing employers to hire in more than 150 countries without having to set up their own entities, with services including onboarding, payroll, benefits, taxes and local compliance.

Since its establishment in 2021, Remofirst has achieved impressive growth, having become fully profitable in less than a year. While primarily focused on SMBs, the company also works with enterprises, with several Fortune 500 companies among its customers. Now, Remofirst is focused on further expanding its team and extending its business reach, in order to enhance its reputation and continue growing.
