At ABBYY we work remotely and hybrid and we have a flexible hours system across most of my teams. I usually break my day into a morning working session and an evening working session. This allows not only to connect and cooperate with colleagues from various time zones, but it also let's me pick the best time of the day for my workout, appointments or just "life management".
