AssessFirst is a French-founded human resources tech firm that uses behavioural science and predictive analytics to identify applicants with the highest potential for future success and job match in the user’s company.
Founded in 2002, the company has not only had time to finesse its model and technology, but means that, now, the software can analyse data on over 5M profiles. It has since been used by around 4,000 companies, as it has been found to raise internal performance and drive down recruitment costs whilst increasing employee retention.
Following 2021 funding from CAPZA, AssessFirst is investing in accelerating the launch of new product features whilst continuing its development in France and Europe through its external growth strategy. It is an exciting transitional period for the company as it attempts to penetrate the U.S. This funding will enable even faster expansion than anticipated.
