The Adaptavist Group is a leading player in the Atlassian ecosystem, which provides software for software developers. The Adaptavist Group helps companies develop modern, adaptive approaches to development, deployment, and application lifecycle management to augment the Atlassian experience.
With Atlassian itself being founded in 2002, and The Adaptavist Group following soon after in 2005, the company firmly established itself as a key player as Atlassian went on to become a titan in the software development industry. Adaptavist’s reach is correspondingly global, and it services over 75% of the Fortune 500.
The Adaptavist Group is leveraging the global boom in software development. Its strategic expansion into the growing DevSecOps market, for example, through partnering with Sonatype, sees it unlock involvement in an industry expected to reach a $6.5 billion valuation by 2025. With this expansionist approach, The Adaptavist Group has aligned brands including Agility, Gravity Works and Veniture under its umbrella and has been consistent in its launching of tools. Its reputation as a leading industry player propels a dynamic and hugely lucrative upwards trajectory.

What makes it special is the flexibility—whether it's in how you work or approach challenges, there's a sense of trust and freedom. being a mum, I am able to do school pickups or drop offs and not feel guilty as i can replace the missed time when I am able to. Despite the company's growth, there's still that close-knit, family-like atmosphere with colleagues, where collaboration and support are key.
