The French-based data intelligence platform, Deepki, allows clients to collect and analyse Environmental, Social and Governance data. It also helps them to actually use this data and insights to guide them towards reaching net zero carbon emissions.
The real estate sector is responsible for approximately 40% of the Earth’s carbon emissions; hence Deepki’s market space is both appealing for brands and urgent for the planet. The company stands out for combining its SaaS platform with in-depth real estate expertise to support clients from data collection through to strategy and implementation.
The company has seen good funding in the past which it has invested in widening its impact to support more asset owners. Part of this has been accelerated international deployment, which has seen Deepki cultivate a presence in over 60 countries. Most recently, the company acquired real estate energy management solutions provider, Sobre Engerie, further strengthening its expertise in building performance optimisation and deepening its footprint in the European market,.
