Our take

An often overlooked area for digital innovation in healthcare, Neura Health focuses on providing benefits for sufferers of migraines and headaches, a debilitating range of conditions that can affect day-to-day life. Through its digital platform, Neura Health connects patients to neurologists and symptom monitoring tools alongside cognitive exams, psychomotor tests, insights into symptom triggers, and prescription ordering.

Spurred by the sector demand, Neura Health capitalized on the rise of digital clinics and their potential for conditions that affect movement disorders and light sensitivity. Accessibility is key, and remote clinics help those without direct access to experts.

With substantial funding behind it, Neura Health plans to expand its platform to accommodate not only headaches but other chronic neurological conditions too. These include epilepsy, Parkinson’s, and multiple sclerosis, which will expand Neura Health’s customer draw exponentially.

  • Flexible Time Off (FTO): Access to 21 days off per year to be used at your discretion
  • Holidays: Our company closes for a number of holidays. On some holidays, our full-time patient-facing team will continue to provide modified coverage in exchange for an additional day of FTO
  • Paid Family Leave: For non-clinical full-time employees, we offer 12 weeks of paid amternity leave and 4 weeks paid paternity leave after 1 year of fulltime employment. For our full-time clinicians, we offer 8 weeks of paid maternity leave and 3 weeks paid paternity leave after 1 year of full-time employment
  • Additional Leave: At Neura, we believe in working hard as well as taking the time necessary to refresh, relax, and support other parts of our lives.  Beyond FTO, we have a number of different types of “leave” at Neura that are meant to support different aspects of our lives and provide the space and time necessary for balance, creativity, and productivity.  Please speak to HR if any questions or need immediate support understanding the different leave options
  • Office conveniently located by Grand Central Station with private wellness rooms for breastfeeding, meditation, or dark room rest and a private rooftop
