Our take

The platform provides users with real-time analytics, insights, and connections that help companies optimise their operations, from sourcing suppliers to managing production and distribution.
In 2025, Blackstone agreed to acquire Enverus, which will help the company accelerate operations scaling and strengthen its existing solutions. This move marks an important step in its journey to becoming a leading provider of end-to-end business automation solutions for the energy industry.
