The speed of product development is lightning fast. It's refreshing not having to repeatedly push Product teams to address any employee or customer feedback. Always having something new to talk about with customers keeps things exciting for everyone involved.

The work at Vertice is often challenging, this allows us to pull advice from different people internally and helps to build your own level of knowledge and a broad set of areas. There is also scope to help work on issues that sit outside of your day to day role.

All voices are heard at Vertice, we like to iterate quickly. For this to be successful the leadership will listen to all opinions an implement ones that will have the greatest impact whilst also taking time to provide feedback on any idea that isnt to be actioned

The leadership have been there and done this twice before, that level of knowledge and experience means that we all really trust the direction the business is travelling in. That being said, the leadership team are open to feedback on how we tweak to deliver better

There is a big investment in hiring more people at Vertice. Since we are early stage and still working things out we are constantly hiring more as our customer base increases, it makes it exciting that you are part of the journey and witnessing the rapid growth first-hand.
