Our take

Samba TV is improving the TV viewing experience by addressing audience fragmentation across screens to bolster television’s business model and relevance to consumers. With a more scientific approach to advertising, its data analytic tools has attracted the likes of Disney.

In recent years, Samba TV has focused on making artificial intelligence and machine learning central to its offerings, marked by its recent acquisition of Disruptel. Integrating both company’s capabilities will assert machine learning’s presence in television by enabling the next generation of content recognition and non-intrusive ad unit development.

Moving forwards, Samba is continuing to integrate with numerous, wide-ranging companies to expand its product offering and market reach. Back in 2022, it also expanded its operations into Australia marking the start of its intent to expand into the APAC arena.
