The Bob platform is definitely what I would define as powerful tech. While some platforms are built for purpose for one specific pain point, Bob caters to a number of different user cases and pain points across it's different modules. While this may feel like a jack o all trades but in realty it is becoming an all in one solutions from day to day, from onboarding, time off management, payroll, compensation, organisation structuring, hiring, there is definitely something to help an entire organisation. What's even crazier, it keeps building up it's solutions too.

Bob describes Sites as Villages but it definitely feels like communities more than this. You always have individuals willing to support you with knowledge, jump on calls when you have elements that need a different angle, or just someone to offer you time to bounce ideas off.
