Company mission

To help working teams achieve quality and safe operations with innovative, low-cost mobile-first products.

Our take

Now one of Australia’s largest private tech companies, Safety Culture was initially developed as a digital checklist app for safety operations. It has since grown into a mobile-first operations platform that helps companies keep on top of their safety processes.

Covering risk management, Environment and sustainability, compliance, health and safety and asset management, Safety Culture uses digital training, inspections and integrations to ensure that companies are maintaining the highest possible standards of safety and compliance.

This one-stop shop for productivity-boosting safety procedures has benefitted from a flurry of funding over the years. Its 2024 round, led by BlackBird Ventures, is being used to accelerate its software capabilities and move towards wider market adoption. With a wealth of industries under its belt already - including pharmaceuticals and construction - the company is well equipped to continue its international expansion and integrate into ever more industries.
